Please note that an order is not accepted until the product is despatched to you. We reserve the right to cancel your order until that point if product is unavailable or for other reasons beyond our control.
Delivery, refund and cancellation policy
Tickets and digital downloads will be delivered electronically to the email address provided when you order, on completion of your order. Because of this, the usual 14 day cancellation period does not apply and you may not cancel your order once placed. By placing an order for tickets or digital downloads you waive the right to cancel your order.
Physical product will be despatched by Royal Mail within 14 days of completing your order, although we aim for your order to be sent sooner than this. Items for delivery outside of the UK will be sent by the most cost-effective service, which may take up to two weeks (Western Europe), six weeks (Eastern Europe, North America), eight weeks (South America, Africa, Asia) or twelve weeks (Australia).
For orders of physical product, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered, without needing a reason (although we’d be grateful to know why). You will be responsible for returning the product to us in good condition (and at your own cost) within a further 14 days. Your order will then be refunded in full, including the cost of the original delivery to you. To cancel your order, please contact us on email@example.com.
Prices can be found on each product or event page. Delivery for physical product will be added at the checkout stage before you confirm your order.
